I’m an abstract painter based in Melbourne, working with texture, colour, and movement to explore lived experience and embodiment. My practice is guided by a quiet attentiveness to what the body carries — memory, emotion, and the subtle shifts that happen beneath the surface.
Alongside my painting practice, I’ve worked as a children’s book illustrator, where visual storytelling plays an important role. I’m drawn to narratives that consider the complexity and intersection of human experience, and to stories that speak gently but honestly to emotional life.
Alongside my studio work, I also work in education, and I’m deeply interested in the role of creative processes in reflection, connection, and meaning-making. At its core, my work is about presence — creating space for pause, attention, and quiet recognition.
