Rachel is a full-time contemporary abstract artist based in Naarm and proudly identifies as BIPOC. Her vibrant and playful art is deeply rooted in her artistic heritage, having inherited her passion from her talented Papa.
Rachel’s work combines Mid-Century Modern influences with the whimsical charm of Bubble O Bill, resulting in a distinctive, nostalgic style.
Working primarily with heavily pigmented acrylic paints, she begins each piece with a carefully selected colour palette, allowing geometric shapes to guide the composition and evolve organically throughout the creative process. Rachel creates her art in a cosy home studio in Melbourne’s inner west.
Rachel’s artistic highlights includes the Art Directory Australia’s Autumn Exhibition (March 2024), Show Us Your West Side Exhibition (August 2024), Gallery Unbound’s Freedom Reigns Exhibition (February 2025), the Inner West Art Fair (2025), and Grand Designs (2025).
Rachel frequently accepts commissions and remains keenly interested in future collaborations.
