Kelly Ingerson is a freelance artist whose practice centres on capturing emotionally moving, imaginative, and inspiring artworks for private and commercial clients. Working primarily through photography, she collaborates with nature itself, documenting the fleeting abstract patterns formed where wind, water, and sand collide along coastlines. Her work explores impermanence, transformation, and the delicate balance between chaos and serenity.
Since beginning her professional practice in 2015, Ingerson has exhibited extensively across the United States and Australia, with numerous solo and group exhibitions including SALA Festival exhibitions in South Australia, Spectrum Art Basel in Miami Florida, and shows throughout Ohio. Her artworks are held in private and corporate collections, with commissions for organizations such as 5/3 Bank, Mary Potter Foundation, and Ogden’s Flooring & Design.
Ingerson’s process is rooted in patience, presence, and deep observation—often chasing storms to uncover one-of-a-kind moments that exist for only seconds before being reshaped by the sea. Through her lens, these ephemeral natural formations are preserved and shared, inviting viewers to pause and reflect on the quiet artistry of the natural world. Alongside her studio practice, she actively engages in exhibition planning, public speaking, and storytelling, continually expanding her creative network internationally.
