Hayley is the artist behind IG account Dining.MissDaisy. A pottery journey of art, joy and coffee, with the odd bunny thrown in! Returning to pottery at 49, Hayley's yellow secondary school ceramics studio gave her some of the best hours of each year. Of course, life happens. Hayley turned to 'serious work' for the mortgage kids and family, and artistry took a back seat.
Switching through a few careers Hayley settled on landscape architecture, a good mix of outdoors and creativity. In 2026 she reimagined herself as a 'potter' and artist, and dining.missdaisy (DMD) was born. Knowing her propensity to ignore her own accountability for joy, she set up the IG account to be accountable to others. With DMD acting as her 'workshop window' Hayley went about prioritising her pottery. Bringing joy and quirkiness into her work, and sharing it with her followers. Six months in, Hayley is venturing into the gallery space with an artwork she made for a friend's birthday.
