Based on the story of Baiame’s wives who were swallowed by two crocodiles. Following the tracks of the crocodiles, Baiame hunted them down and speared both their bellies open, releasing his wives and the water from the springs the crocodiles drank – this formed what is now known as Dhariwaa (Narran Lake.) This is Kira’s ancestors country on her paternal side.
