This exhibition features 9 new meditation paintings, including Trataka, study in Dark Green, and 108 Small Acts of Resistance. These paintings investigate yoga philosophy within the Samkhya, Tantra and Vedic traditions, using abstraction, geometry, code, colour theory and repetition. This work draws inspiration from the meditation practice, trataka, meaning to see or to gaze, exploring the act of looking as a pathway toward developing deeper awareness.
