In ‘The Whisper of Freedom’ I use a bold palette in a geometric base that blends organically through mark making and colour hue play. Using a sense of freedom as my inspiration for this work, I employed an intuitive composition to both integrate and segregate the bold colours, to me symbolising the array of emotions and memories freedom brings.. Heavily textured impasto colours deliberately placed to invite the viewer into a world of layers and depth.
