My work often begins with a landscape image, then I imagine how that landscape may inspire an alternative view. This one began with my dream of floating off to the beach as my body was being fixed by my massage therapist. I imagined how those healing hands might give new life to my body and imagined this scene – floating off out of the door and into the peace and beauty of the beach. I created this digital composite with a photograph I took of one of my favourite beaches in Torquay and adapted elements from my collection of digital assets to tell the story of The Life Givers.
