Sam Bruere is a gentle and sensitive young man. He is an artist in his own right and the son of one of Australia’s famous artists, Julian Bruere. I loved the way Sam tilted his chin and gave us a very interesting pose to paint. Painted in the Tonal Impressionist method from life in a number of sessions.
