“From a time before, a triptych that has felt its way into exhibitions and my book, A Road Trip, A Camera and A Cloud.” Captured at various times and different places, yet the scenes three flow through to and from the other.”
This work is part of the artist’s collection, titled ‘hello sky’. For over ten years Deanna has been photographing a small hill up the road from her bush property located near Castlemaine. Each time she walks, runs, rides her bike or chases her dog past the hill, she takes a photo from the very same spot.
“On a cloud” is a work that Deanna has included as, like clouds that follow you, this piece followed its way into the collection.
