Observation 04 considers what can be found when attention settles on the quieter parts of a surface. Studio residue records folds, contact and movement within the fabric, leaving an incidental history of its making. Selective sanding gently brings particular traces forward, revealing rather than adding. The work asks what becomes visible when the impulse to intervene gives way to the decision to look more closely.
