Observation 02 focuses attention on traces formed through process rather than intention. As studio residue settles across folded fabric, pressure, movement and contact become embedded within the surface. Selective sanding reveals and emphasises parts of this incidental record, bringing some marks forward while allowing others to recede. Through this process of looking and revealing, what might otherwise pass unnoticed is given greater significance.
