A piece inspired by the women who came before us and the women who walk beside us today. The matriarchs who carried stories, culture, strength and family through changing times, ensuring that what mattered most was never lost. I imagine this as a meeting place across generations, ancestors and daughters, grandmothers and mothers, sharing knowledge beneath the same moon that has watched over them all. Different times, different worlds, but connected by responsibility of carrying culture, community and family forward. This piece was named by out matriarch, my Gran.
