As with each of my artworks, ‘Hope Awakened’ is an intuitively created piece where I channel a theme or feeling I am tapped into within that moment. The colours and brushstrokes that appear in this piece give a sense of uplifted charm and depict both playfulness and hope, hence the name. If this piece were to represent a season, I feel that it would symbolise Spring with its new beginnings, fresh hopes and all flowers in bloom.
