Home was inspired by the extraordinary coral forms and marine life I observed in the Whitsundays. I was drawn to the colour, movement and intricate shapes of the reef, and to the way life becomes almost hidden within it. The crab sits amongst the coral rather than apart from it — part of the environment that shelters it and gives it home.
