This Artwork is a combination of 3 separate drawings which capture distinct architectural and spatial subjects that are tied together through a shared mode of expression that creates a unified whole out of 3 separate works. The central drawing started as exploratory architectural sketch that explored stately courtyard homes but evolved along with the rest of the piece into immaculately detailed artworks that depict mythical and gracious buildings that are harmoniously set against a rich landscape setting. This piece bleeds the boundaries between architectural thinking and art and demonstrates the the interconnectedness of both processes for the artist.
