After holding so much in for so long, I feel I could expel forever. I have a lot to let out – emotional rage, panic, sadness, feelings of suppression – and this piece is all about the euphoria that comes with Expelling all this stuff from my body. It was all very real stuff that was very real at the time, and no doubt there will be more in the future, but now that I have arms around me and an outlet for maintaining the rage… I’m going to scream from the top of the mountain about it!
