The first of the series came to me while dozing off at night with a headphone on and a song on repeat. Oddly enough, in the dream, the colours turned from my usual palette to a fiery haze. I painted the first the following day. Then a few more after that. It had no story to begin with. It then had 3 stories written weeks later. None felt right. Very fitting for the dream itself. Probably aligning to where I’m at in life, with zero plans, just doing whatever at each turn.
