A traditionally made axe with a ground stone head hafted to a hand-carved timber handle. Bound with natural fibre and fixed with strong black and red xanthorrhoea (grass tree) resin – a traditional adhesive used for generations. The handle is finished with white dot markings and ochre, made entirely by hand using traditional methods.
