I am interested in exploring the dichotomy of good/evil and the tension within this binary. The glow around the figures is indicative of the internal or supernatural powers that are part of any struggle within the fairy tale. In this narrative we don’t know why or how the ‘thing’ controls these figures we only see the reaching arms. Is the creature reaching for the figures or are they breaking free.
