‘A Poppy Papadum’ was taken in Lake Tyrrell, Mallee, VIC. This drone photograph forms part of my ‘Landstries’ body of work, except that I’m adding some salty elements such as ‘papadum’. What is a ‘papadum’? It’s a crispy snack, a flatbread that comes from India. ‘A Poppy Papadum’ belongs to my body of work: ‘Flanstries’: a fusion between ‘Food’ ‘Landscapes and ‘Pastries’. This image would go well in any spaces that relate to food.
