Lines formed through folds, pressure and studio residue intersect and diverge, creating pathways without a predetermined destination. Selective sanding heightens parts of this incidental structure, encouraging the eye to move between what is revealed and what remains less distinct. Meaning emerges not from a fixed image, but through the act of looking.
